We're Barlow and Brenna Brooks, formerly a father/daughter house flipping team from Louisville, Kentucky. We did this on the side - you know, for funsies! At the time, Brenna was working full-time as a Project Manager in digital marketing and advertising agencies. Over 7 years, we purchased, renovated and sold 13 properties. We’ve evolved and are no longer flipping properties for ourselves, and Barlow is retired.

Brenna left the corporate world and is now full-time in real estate. In addition to consulting on renovations and investing in her own rental properties, she is a Realtor with RE/MAX Premier Properties. She is proud to be an assistant team leader with the Jay T. Pitts & Associates team, which is #1 in the state of Kentucky of all brands; and finished 2023 as #13 in the US and #30 Globally for RE/MAX international. She works with both buyers and sellers, homeowners and investors. But the renovation background and design eye she obtained while flipping properties have led to working consistently and successfully with multiple investors for both rental and flip properties.
